RETURN POLICY

Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled. There is a 10% fee on all refunds to cover merchant fees. If you receive your hair and decide that you want to return it for any reason you have 4 days to qualify for a store credit. Any return request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified, The product must be sent back in the original packaging condition (resell-able condition) meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way (Original ties must remain in tact as it was received by the customer).

WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS ON HAIR THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN INSTALLED.

If I PLACED AN ORDER BY TODAY, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXTENSIONS.

Processing times is 2 business days to verify payment. Shipping is 3-7 business days. (YOUR ORDER CAN GO ANY TIME BETWEEN THAT TIME FRAME) Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days.
